Director-September 2000-Present, volunteer

Work with American Bar Association, Bars of Color and Lawyers For One America to establish a non-profit organization to promote diversity in the legal profession.

LAWYERS FOR ONE AMERICA, Washington, District of Columbia

Work with a collaboration of attorneys and organizations, including American Bar Association, Minority Corporate Counsel Association, American Corporate Counsel Association, The Bars of Color, Association of American Law Schools, etc. to promote diversity and legal service work in the legal profession. Research programs and practices on diversity and legal services for people of color and distribute information on the programs and practices so that others may duplicate and implement similar programs.  Produced a Report, Bar None, to the President of the United States, concerning the status of diversity in the legal profession and legal services to people of color.
