LFOA STRATEGIC PLAN

Create Database
The Lawyers For One America collaboration will focus on collecting information and creating a database of model practices, programs and resources within the legal profession and other industries aimed at increasing diversity at all levels and expanding access to legal resources to assist people and underserved communities. This information will be available to the public.

Promote Model Practices
The practices identified as models for others to emulate will then be promoted by LFOA through the network provided by the attorneys and organizations in this collaboration, via conferences, events, web sites, publications and other contacts.

Encourage Collaboration

• The participants in the LFOA collaboration also are encouraged to team with each other or with others in the profession to create new programs that will increase diversity and access to legal services to people and communities in need.
  
  

• These joint endeavors may be modeled on practices identified by LFOA.
