Lawyers For One America ("LFOA") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies regarding our collection, storage, access, use, and disclosure of individually identifiable information. This website is not intended for children under 13 years old.

LFOA Mailing List

If you are interested in receiving material from us, we ask for your name, address, other contact information, areas of interest, and types of material of interest to you so that we can send material about us to you. We may also use the information you provide to send additional material that may be of interest to you. We may share the information you provide with members of the LFOA Collaboration (organizations listed at Leadership, Index of Collaborators and Website Links). We may also aggregate personal information and provide such non-identifying statistical information to third parties. By providing individually identifiable information to us, you consent to these uses by us of the information.

We do not sell, rent, or share our mailing lists with organizations outside of the LFOA Collaboration.

LFOA Website

Our web servers collect the name of the domain you used to access the Internet (such as aol.com) and the website you came from and visit next. This information is used to monitor site performance and to make the site easier and more convenient to use. Our website does not use cookies, which are small data files stored by your Internet browser on your computer’s hard drive.
